Trainquilibrium Privacy Policy

Trainquilibrium is a local-first health, fitness, nutrition, recovery, scheduling, and performance-tracking application.
Information stored on the device
Schedules, activities, tasks, recovery sessions, nutrition and hydration logs, recipes, health summaries, body weight and measurements, cycle entries, challenges, performance ratings, settings, and progress photos are normally stored in the app private storage on the user device. Trainquilibrium does not automatically upload or synchronize these records to an account.
Users may create password-encrypted backups and choose where the file is saved. Trainquilibrium does not store the backup password and cannot recover it.
Optional accounts
Users may use Trainquilibrium without an account. Authentication providers and Trainquilibrium authentication processor handle identifiers such as email address, provider identifier, and authentication tokens when an account is used. Tracking records remain local unless a future synchronization feature explicitly states otherwise and obtains any required permission.
Signed-in users may permanently delete their account from the Account screen. Local records can be erased separately from Settings.
Optional AI Coach
AI Coach is disabled unless the user enables it. When enabled, a limited structured performance summary is sent through Trainquilibrium backend to Google Gemini. It may include relevant schedules, completion and skip patterns, goals, nutrition and hydration totals, sleep and activity summaries, challenges, body-composition trends, performance ratings, and optional cycle context.
Progress photos, free-text cycle notes, names, email addresses, and account identifiers are excluded. Users may disable AI Coach in Settings. During free-tier testing, Google may use submitted AI content and responses to improve its products, and human reviewers may process them under Google's applicable terms.
Food search, health, and calendars
FatSecret searches send search text and a selected food identifier through Trainquilibrium backend to FatSecret. Confirmed diary entries remain local. With permission, Trainquilibrium may read selected summaries from Apple Health, Motion & Fitness, or Android Health Connect, including steps, active energy, and sleep. Health information is not used for advertising or marketing.
Calendar access is optional. Device calendars are imported only after selection. HTTPS and webcal subscriptions request the supplied URL. Imported events remain local and Trainquilibrium does not edit the source calendar.
Advertising and affiliate links
If advertising is enabled, Google AdMob may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction information. Trainquilibrium does not provide health, nutrition, cycle, calendar, workout, measurement, or photo data to an advertising provider or use those records for ad targeting. Required consent controls are shown before eligible advertising begins.
Clearly marked Amazon affiliate links may open Amazon, which handles information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links do not receive Trainquilibrium health or fitness records.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local records remain until the user edits them, erases tracking history, removes the app, or replaces app data. Authentication data remains until the account is deleted, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Trainquilibrium limits external transfers, uses encrypted network connections, keeps service credentials out of the mobile application, and encrypts user-created backups with a user-selected password. No security method guarantees absolute protection.
Children and changes
Trainquilibrium is intended for a general adult fitness audience and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
